By using the Marine Devices you agree that the laws of the United Kindom, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, will govern these Terns of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Marine Devices. Any dispute relating in any way to your use of the Marine Devices or this Agreement (a) may be adjudicated in the courts of the United Kindom if you are not registering for the Marine Devices as a business and (b) will be adjudicated exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts of the the United Kindom if you are registering for the Marine Devices as a business.

MARINE DEVICES POLICIES; MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Upon receipt of a Notice Form we may take certain actions, including removing information or an item, all of which are taken without any admission as to liability and without prejudice to any rights, remedies or defenses, all of which are expressly reserved. Furthermore, in submitting a Notice Form, you grant to Marine Devices the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display its content throughout the world in any media. This includes forwarding the Notice Form to the parties involved in the provision of the allegedly infringing content. You agree to indemnify Marine Devices for all claims brought by a third party against Marine Devices arising out of or in connection with the submission of a Notice Form.
